We have our first Challege date set! Starting Nov. 8th we will start tracking our activity and keep track of each other. Remember, the goal to is help motivate each other. If you run into problems, share with the team and lets see if there is any useful input.
Requirements to Join:
Once you have joined the Challenge, you will be able to enter your weekly updates. The Challege itself has a limitation of just updating your sucess one time a week. But you can and are expected to update what you ate, Excercise program and Journal entry.
Awards will be given out for the most dedicated!
